Refund Policy

1.Full refund within 7 days

If a paid plan is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of a payment, as long as you have not submitted a job application through Tovrenly since that payment.

An application counts as submitted through Tovrenly when it was sent from a form that Tovrenly's browser copilot filled, including during an application run, whether you pressed submit or automatic submission did. Searching, scoring jobs, tailoring resumes, writing cover letters and tracking applications you made elsewhere do not count.

The same rule applies to the first payment and to each renewal, so a renewal you did not mean to keep can be refunded too.

2.How to ask for a refund

Email hello@zayne.dev from the email address on your Tovrenly account within 7 days of the payment, and include the date of the payment or the receipt Paddle sent you. We check the request and confirm by email. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Paddle, and your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to appear.

3.Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time, using the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing hello@zayne.dev. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments outside the 7-day window, or after an application has been submitted through Tovrenly, are not refunded unless the law requires it.

4.Payments through Paddle

Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax, issues receipts and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

5.Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law, or Paddle's buyer terms, give you a longer right to cancel or a larger refund, that right applies. See also our Terms of Service.
