Terms of Service

1.Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Tovrenly AI web app and browser extension. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Purchases also follow our Refund Policy.

Tovrenly AI is operated by Zain Ul Abideen, an individual based in Lahore, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@zayne.dev.

2.Who can use Tovrenly AI

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. One person per account; keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

3.Your information and applications

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your profile and for every application sent in your name. AI suggestions (tailored resumes, answers, scores) are drafts that can be wrong; review them before you use them. Do not claim experience, qualifications or work authorization you do not have.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us the permission we need to store and process it to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

4.Job sites and automation

The extension fills application forms only on sites and in the ways our platform policy allows, stops at verification steps such as CAPTCHAs for you to complete, and does not submit an application without your decision unless you enable automatic submission for a run. You must follow the terms of the job sites you use. We may limit automation on any site.

5.Paid plans and payments

Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle runs the checkout, takes the payment, charges any sales tax and issues your receipts, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Paddle answers payment and billing questions; we answer questions about the service.

The price and billing period are shown before you pay. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A full refund is available within 7 days of a payment if you have not submitted a job application through Tovrenly since that payment, as our Refund Policy explains.

6.Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading or discriminatory use.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits and security of the service.
• No automated sign-ups or accounts created for someone else.

7.Availability, warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and it may change, pause or stop. As far as the law allows, we give no promises beyond those in these terms. In particular, we do not promise that you will get interviews or offers, that a job site or employer will accept help from the extension, or that AI output is accurate or complete.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made by employers, job sites or other third parties, and our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

8.Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is erased 30 days later unless you sign in again before then. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute goes to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a revised date, and we will tell you about important changes in the app or by email.
